Yes sisters, to those of you who are looking for happiness within this Dunya and Akaira, my advice to you is to read this brilliant book by DR. A'id AL-Qarni.It is an amazing book:"You can be the happiest woman in the world.". And Off course the book can be read by brothers as well.

Dear sisters, another really good book is 'Don't be sad' ...but i've forgotten the authors name!! For those of who have read it, it is a great reference point wheneve ur feeling a bit down. Islamic orientated books are good for motivating , just as u might read a magazine for health or exercise etc but in the end the truth lies within...to find real sakoon (inner peace) u need to read namaz, and any book or person who might motivate u towards improving ureself in that area is postive. Sister Basmah, where can i get hold of this book u mention...as im still not the happiest woman yet!!...

Bismillah, it is ok to read a book. If you want happiness protect your daily salah and Allah is only one who can give happiness no book on the planet can give you happyness. If someone wants to have peace on must send salawat to the Prophet (saws) and follow his example and the rules of islam.this is why true muslims feel peace.we start by saying Salamu... Salam=peace Going to associations which follow the rules of Sharia where there is spoken on islamic issues and places of zikr give ease.
