Assalamualaikum Someone commented about the uninteresting blogs on this site and there are others who supported her view. I believe this is a matter of perspective, and so they are entitled to their feelings. For me, i consider this site to be a very helpful source of knowledge, and am grateful to all who contributed what they know about islam. Even their views, whether complimentary or adverse, are effective to open up my mind, to correct my ways or to go search for more truths.... As a revert, i feel that i am still in the learning stage and there may be many other areas that i may not have covered, many more books that i did not manage to read, many more experiences that i have not gone through. On top of it, i cannot turn to my parents or family members for answers, like born muslims have the privelege of, because my parents and siblings are not muslims. To turn to religious teachers...there are questions i may be too shy to ask in person.... To turn to friends....there is limited time that we can spend with each other, as everyone has their duties and chores and personal agenda... But at this site, we can pen our questions, answers, views, experiences, all at our own time (the beauty of the internet!) Plus the anonymity allows us to bare our hearts out, without fear of revealing our identity.... Even thhough, i cannot put an identity behind the various members' IDs, or a face behind some contributions..... i can still feel a bond.... i can still feel their friendship and concern... i can still sympathise with their problems.....This, i feel, is the beauty of Islam and the gift of the Grace and Generosity of Allah, the Exalted. Whatever our race, our country of origin, our profession or our background may be, we are drawn together here due to one common factor.....ISLAM. Anyway, i just wanted to thank ALL you brothers and sisters out there....you are my Muslim Internet Family! Previously there were times when the rejection of my family because of my conversion made me feel so alone in the path of Islam. But now i have you to share my thoughts, my doubts, my frustrations and even my joys! It doesn't matter if u will read my blogs or not, or whether i would get any response...most ideal for me is that my thoughts get out of my system... :D ** And He will provide him from (sources) he never could imagine ..*** Quran 65:3 Salams.

Assalamualaikum, Life is a process of ups and downs......... Sometimes our life is like wheel, sometimes we are up and sometimes we are down........ The more Allah likes the persons, the more Allah will test the persons......... Regard the tests like taking assestments and exams, if we passed, we will be promoted and blessed by Allah........the rewards are waiting........ But if we failed, do not lost hope, do a lots of supplications, repentance, continue with the good deeds and the striving........Allah is not cruel, in every good intention, there will be rewards Insya'Allah......... Allah is not cruel, in every hardship there will be rewards and ease waiting either in this world and the Hereafter or in both worlds, Insya'Allah........ Just remember the tests that Allah has given to the Prophets and the righteous, that lived before us..........their rewards is heaven........... Not all sweetness is good for us........ Not all bitterness is bad for us......... Some sweetness could cause diseases and sickness.......... Some bitterness could become medicine for humans........ Words of Allah in Holy Quran 76:2, Verily We created man from a drop of mingled sperm, in order TO TRY him: so We gave him (the gifts), of Hearing and Sight. Allah knows best. Sister Fatima, we miss your new blogs and hope to hear from you to share your experiences........(......^......)long smile! Sister in Islam.

Assalamualaikum THANK YOU... There were days when i was anxious to know answers, and i got them from you.... There were days when things were bottled up inside me, and you released the choke... There were days when i was down, and you lifted my spirits... There were dyas when the battle was tough against a revert, and you encouraged me on... There were days when i was sad, and you cheered me up... There were days when i was bored and you made me laugh.... There were days when i was lonely and you filled my empty room.... Jazakallah Khair and may Allah, the Exalted, shower His Blessings and Rewards for each one of your efforts of sharing, teaching, commenting, caring, cheering and even criticising....because they have definitly guided and affected my life, one way or another.

Assalamualaikum, I AGREE with sister Fatima........ This blog site and this website is DEMOCRACY........ Anybody could involved and any topics could involved, as long they follow the guide lines and rules made by the website owner.......... Different people have different ways of thinking and interests........... I remember, one member personally email to me asking me about unhappy marriage regarding about sexual relationship and the member mention about divorce in Islam regarding about this issue.........but I told the member, Insya'Allah I will make a blog regarding about this issue.........and I believe she is not the only one who have such problem but many people also have such problems but shy to come forward to make blog or ask questions through the website.......... It is good if this website has full of colours, because members are of different personalities, different ways of thinking, different interest and passion and take things in different approach, and have different priorities in life............ It is not important whether the blogs have response or replies or not............but the most important the messages are conveyed and benefits other people directly and indirectly.......... And the most important: ***** Respect other people interest......... ***** Respect other people way of thinking......... ***** Respect other people way of approach......... ***** Respect other people priorities of life.......... Etc, etc........ Be open-minded....... Think maturedly........ Don't be narrow minded....... Don't be selfish......... ALLAH KNOWS BEST.

asallamoalikum, life mean is learning,we learn every day,in time of prophet moses (as)some one ask him is there anyone more knowledge able then u?he replied according to that moment no,Allah didn't like his answer,Allah send him on jearney to learn from some one who is more knowledge able then him,its mention in surah kahaf, how he travel, how he suppose to reach where 2 sea meet each other, how he saw hadrat kizar (as)how rudely hadrat kizer(as) welcome him,he show no hospitality, what could b more important work for a prophet to do for his ummah but Allah still made him leave every thing & go learn,Allah put him on hardship to learn, seeing all this we r nothing, learn as much u can, learn from every one & must stay humble,Allah love humbleness & he open more & more doors of knowledge for u insh'allah
