yeah it's bad. but since it's only a cigarett maybe you should try to smoke a few and see how it is to be hooked on them and then you be the one who quit make a diffrence for all the ones to weak to do so.it will only help but you if your in this to provve a point dont bother do it to make a diffrence a driffrence that we americans arnt dumb about a cigarett and just do it just to quit
