Many professionals speak about Time Management, and they give many tips too.
I would like to quote a text which I found in a book written by a Sufi Sheikh. It is in Arabic Tamil (Arwi).they should pardon me if I have made any mistaking in translation.
As follows,
Take full use of the time. Do not waste your time by missing Quran reading and Sunnas.

Make your time tables from Farl Prayer (obligatory prayer) times. Then you would get a Barakath (blessing) from time. Or the Barakath of the time will start to exist. From this your life will get useful. Your time is your life time. What you collect for your Hear after is from this life time.
Because of that you should do all your work according to a timetable. You should do the works on allotted times, without changing or skip. Make a timetable; include all your activities like Eating, sleeping, other necessary activities, and Business. Then you own a time for Amal Ibadats for this World and Hear After.
It is said, if you don?t follow nor do your works according to a timetable, then you will not be able to manage the time, you would be like a beast that follow its Nuffs. You spoil your whole life time.
Keep in mind, this world is not a permanent place. We reside here as a traveler. Our Journeys beginning, Manzil is our Mother?s womb. The end would be the Qabr (Grave). Each year, Each Month, Each Day would be a traveling period of the Journey. So you are getting closer to your Village.
May Allah and Rasool (sal) bless all of us to make use of our Life time for this world and Hear After according to Islam.
