I posted a blog on here a while ago and the response has been incredible; so many Muslim brothers and sisters have written to me with support and advice and kind words. You have all made the burden lighter and I am truly grateful. If all Muslims stick together all of our burdens will ease eventually. Allah truly blesses us every day. I would just like to say to those born Muslim; never take it for granted. Also to Brooklyn Rox thanks so much; I hope Allah helps your heart to heal.

Salaam to u, I am also in the same situation my friend I am a 23 year old female that has accepted Islam in my heart and I will soon convert INSHA ALLAH with marriage with my born muslim boyfriend. I was always curious about Islam, I always wanted to learn more and strangely when I was younger and I watched the movie Malcolm X I said to myself Islam is a good religion and I think one day I would like to be a muslim.And since I met my boyfriend he's been talking to me about his religion and I am truly thankful that I have found the way. I will not convert for him(which most women do with marriage) I am converting for myself cause this is what i want to do and need to do. As of now I an learning more about Islam from the Internet such as praying, my boyfriend have to buy me the Qu'ran and other books I need to read. So I just want to say that I am very happy for you and I hope that u continue to learn and grow just like I am.
