I am a white american and I am ashamed when I read that someone gets insults when wearing the hijab. I am saddened by my President and by Isreal being in Lebanon. We do not get the real news here, and we think we live in a free country. Many of my firends from my age to 70 can't beleive that Isreal gets away with such atrocites and that a woman can't wear her hijab.

I am not muslim, I am q white person in America, though my profile saids I am sunni, I will change it later, sorry about that, but I say if anyone in American makes fun of another culture, shame of them. At my work out club we do not judge many of the women who wear the hijab. Isreal must leave Lebanon, many of us in American believe that is true. We are sicken by our President and Isreal. I only hope for improvement for all the muslims and christian and buddests.

Maryum it seem that you have a good heart, however, we are grouped naturally in life based on our appearences and the company we keep. To adorn the dress of this oppressive regime and promote its colors that have caused Muslim bloodshed, well, that's something you should seriously reconsider. Take the Kafir's uniform off and replace it with the Hijab and persevere and be patient in the face of mockery and discrimination and Allah will reward you with paradise. Allahu Akbar

Hijjab is not only about bodily outlook but the most important is, Hijjab our innermost soul first. Its just like you found an apple, by its outlook you guess the inside must be very good but..to your surprise the inside is rotten..would you eat it? Likewise you found another apple but this time it is without the skin..would you eat it also?
