The thirteenth day of each month - not just Rajab - is one of the three Ayyaam al-Beed (white days) on which it is encouraged to fast. These days are the 13th, 14th, and 15th of each hijri month.


Many of those who follow bid?ah (innovations) think that there is something special about certain days and do special acts of worship on those days, with no sound Islaamic basis or evidence (daleel). Their deeds are not acceptable, because they have innovated something in the religion of Allaah without the permission of Allaah.

1st of all, u might know there are 2 kinds of bid'ah, "hasna" and "sayy'ah".

before condemning others u should know what these 2 kinds of bid'ah mean.

u said that calling the holy prophets birthday eid is bid'ah.

u did not say that celebrating our birthdays or our childeren's is bid'ah...

while those days are not called eid, but celebrated like eid.

how far i know some days have special qualities, clearly mentioned in quran and hadith.

don't u see that friday is a special day, the days of hajj, eid eg all are special ?

before judging and condemning u should do more research..

but now those "saudies" changed the name of the country so, now it is been called "saudi arabia".

u know how they respect the holy quran???while in the tarawieh-prayer, they keep reading from it and when they fall in sajda, they put it in front of them, in the feet of the person who's in front of them.
this should be called "tauheen" of the holy quran.

just wanted to say that celebrating the holy prophets birthday and calling it eid is not bid'ah at all.

ANYONE WHO RESPECTS THE HOLY PROPHET AND LOVES HIM TRULY, WILL NEVER CONDEMN CELEBRATING HIS BIRTHDAY.
