Assalamu aleykum,Thankyou you made me remind the ahadeeth about why we cannot (some times)wake up.
First my advice is if one alarm clock is not enough set multiple alarm clocks.
Here is the hadis: Bismillahirrahmanirrahim, Volume 2, Book 21, Number 243:(Bukhari)
Narrated Abu Huraira(r.a.)
Allah's Apostle said, "Satan puts three knots at the back of the head of any of you if he is asleep. On every knot he reads and exhales the following words, 'The night is long, so stay asleep.' When one wakes up and remembers Allah, one knot is undone; and when one performs ablution, the second knot is undone, and when one prays the third knot is undone and one gets up energetic with a good heart in the morning; otherwise one gets up lazy and with a mischievous heart."

Tips to help you wake up for Fajr, InshaAllah: 1. Keep Away from Ma'aasi, acts of disobedience 2. Avoid eating too much food 3. Drink one or two glasses of water before going to bed 4. Perform Wudoo before going to bed 5. Go to bed early 6. Make intention in your heart to get up for Fajr 7. Get alarm clocks 8. Establish Fajr wake up calling system with family and friends 9. Say prescribes supplications before sleeping 10. Once waken up, do not linger lazily of long in bed and perform quick five minutes push-ups etc. 11. Go to your local masjid to pray 12. Continue the above techniques tell you master the art of getting up FAJR WITH DU'AA Also... one thing that helps that I do when I study late and stuff is put my alarm clock (which is very loud) in the bathroom... thus forcing you to get up and go to the bathroom to shut it off. While you're there in the bathroom, just splash yourself with water and walaa! You are awake and ready for Fajr. Okay... so you dont have to do the splashing part, but try it.. it works. And the 2 advices above about staying away from sins and sleeping early is very important. It is from te Rizk of Allah (SWTA) that he allows you to get up for Fajr, and when you start sinning and things, He may keep you away from Fajr because of your sins. Do NOT sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep after Fajr. Memorize Quran or Recite Quran..................

As Salamu Alaikum my sister. Bismilla. First what you need is a reliable alarm clock to wake you up on time before Fajr, lol. Afer you have awakened do whoodu(ablution)wash your hands up to your elbows, your face, your hair, inside and behind the ears and your feet up to the ankles. After you do ablution recite "ashadu an la ilaha illalahu wadahu la shareika lah, wa ashadu anna Muhammadun abduhu wa rasooluh, Allahummaj at minatawabeena waj alni minal mutatahireen. You will be wide awake after this, trust me. Cover yousrelf properly including your feet. Perform a two rakat sunnah and then your two rakat Fajr salah. I hope this may have helped you some my sister. Good Luck. Salaam.
