you may not say May Allah be pleased with you or other supplication we make for eachother as muslims.In case of dead person, one cannot ask Allah to send Rahmah over a non-muslim like we say Rahmetullahi Aleyh is solely for muslims.
But don't forget:
5.51] O you who believe! do not take the Jews and the Christians for friends; they are friends of each other; and whoever amongst you takes them for a friend, then surely he is one of them; surely Allah does not guide the unjust.
And the judgement lies solely with Allah SWT and He Knows best
