erm.. 70 percent of vegetables and fruit?... can you really survive on only that! if you don't get enough protein you will start burning up muscle first..instead of fat. Protein helps to increase your metabolism :)
- 40% carbs - 30% protein - 20% fat
- 5-6 small meals a day (to lose fat you have to eat.. it doesn't sound like it makes sense.. but trust me it does!)
- muscle is the best fat burner.. so go on a weight-training routine
- cardio in the morning (3-4 times a week)
- and someone mentioned water.. perfect!

wow bro! now there's a digression- from red blodd cells to new wolrd order! It's interseting what you say about AIDS beging a man-made disease, but in world war 2 i don't think they new enough about microbiology to have engineered such a lethal weapon, unless ofcourse it was perchance accidental.

the red blood cells proform its duty of transferring oxygen to the many parts of the body this allows the brain to function with out oxygen for food the brain then dies, or for shortterm you can be knockedout.this function is what allows the body nuerological functions to occur meaning all involuntary functions the beating of the heart and breathing /oxygen to the brain with out it you die as well as your involuntary functions aids is a biological weapon used to destroy allnormal functions through adultery/reproduction/genocide.aids do not survive in oxygen also because of glucose and nutrients cell division occurs multiplying its devastation rapidly one can only slow the process of death by slowing the process of cell division and is cell divisin really that important

the red blood cells are there to deliver oxygen to part of the body that require it. Such as the arms, legs etc.They do this by picking it up from the blood that runs very close to the lung aveoli (very very small air sacs). They also pick up carbon dioxide (a waste product of respiration) from the body and takes it back to the lungs to be excreted. Haemoglobin is a protein in red blood cells which binds to oxygen/carbon dioxide in order for the red blood cell to transport it. Hope ive answered your question. Salaam Sister Sobiya
I agree with all the good advice given here. I would just like to add that we should preferably eat only Halal food as the process of Zabiha makes it a much better food. Everything has a spiritual aspect too and Halal or Kosher food has a superior spiritual profile as well in addition to the physical aspect, thereby contributing to the positive energy which is the food of the soul. Eating less is also good. Research has shown that people who eat less and have below average weight live longer and healthier. Wa Allah A'lum

However the attractiveness of a food is not only related to its sensory properties, it also depends on how hungry you are, your previous experience of eating the food and the social circumstances in which it is consumed. In other words, the right type of food, at the right time, in the right company, makes us feel good.
Salamualaikum all, food are there for everyone who needs it and you are what you eat. If one indulge in fatty food one becomes fat. High blood pressure could develop as well as the cholestrol which could lead to heart attack or stroke. The saying goes one man's food is another man's poison. So know your body requirement and make sure you eat right i.e a balance diet.:-)
Being a muslim, the best way to be healthy is to follow islamic rules, getting up early for the fajr prayers and performing namaz 5 times a day, eating the way our prophet PBUH used to eat etc. the YOGA u see today is nothing but the positions of namaz, that we muslims shamelessly try to do instead of performing namaz..the concentration u get by concentrating in namaz 5 times a day, is incomparable to that of those who do yoga...any critics plz welcome
