salaam everyone..i was just passing by n thought that i might as well pose a question to the sisters...just to ask their point of view...
it is said that once a women starts to wear a hijaab on then she has to do it for life...why is it then that some ppl start of wearing it then after a while take it off...isn't it better to wear the hijaab on when one is ready for it..mentally and spiritually?
Dearest Greetings to all the Muslimahs'
I am a young native African American female. I am contemplating a reversion to Islam. It is certain that I will revert but I don't know where to begin. I'd like to be on the Muslimah path shortly after the new year (2007). I would like to wear hajib (shades of maroon). I would also like a local Muslimah sister.
Hi I am a new muslimah, and too would like to chat with other sisters to learn more about Islam.. I am having trouble learning how to properly pray.. the 5 different prayers and what you are supposed to do and say.?
I know this is very important, and I am becoming a little stressed now trying to find out which is propery way.. Ive been looking up things on Internet.

Yes, it will be nice to have good muslimah as friends to have a discussion on interesting issues.
For Sister Me8220..
With regards to your question. May I further enquire, what 'kaffah' are you referring too, dear sister? Is this a word in Bahasa Indonesia? I do apologise. I will try to help you once i'm clear what you are referring to actually. Insya'allah.
May Allah showers us with His Mercy and guide us all. Ameen.
Aslamu Alykum warxmatullahi my sisters in Islam!!!!
i would love to have muslimah as friend, its really hard to find a good muslim sister to be friends with. Here in America its definitely hard to find a sister that really and truly loves her deen and for most Allah. i would love to be friends with all of you, so we could discuss anything that relates to Islam and Allah. Also, we can help each by sharing our knowledge.
I'm a hijab wearing, muslim girl. As far as the lifestyle is concern, i live in a country whereby you can see a lot of hijabis on the roads as well as in offices. Our lifestyle is pretty much normal.Anyway, I really love my hijab! :)
In my opinion, being a muslimah, it is always important to potray the correct islamic values, for example in terms of behaviour especially in public as well as during socializing.
We must adhere to the correct teachings of our deen in order not to tarnish the reputation of our wonderful deen, Al-Islam.
Islam is a beautiful religion of peace and tolerance.
I believe it is the duty of all muslims, both men and women alike to safeguard the beauty of our beautiful religion and to try our best to clear the misconceptions pertaining our religion by potraying the actual teachings of the islamic deen.
Wallahu alam bi sawab
May Allah forgive my errors and guide us all. Ameen.
